Miche (Thursdays only)
A miche is a large, rustic sourdough loaf that owes its incredible flavour to a lengthy preferment, long fermentation and a trio of premium ingredients (63% white flour, 30% red fife, 7% cornmeal). To add our own twist we’ve incorporated marquis and organic cornmeal to create an incredibly balanced flavour. Thanks to its impressive size, distinct dark caramelized crust and open and chewy crumb it is widely considered the perfect bread for gatherings around the dinner table or for showcasing at parties.
