Bread
Our breads are made with natural leaven, individually shaped and prepared daily by hand. The primary ingredients to our bakery are the oven and the tables we use to work on. The flours in our breads are organic and we strive to source/support local and responsible products. We are a small independent bakery and our bread quantities are limited. We do our best to follow a regular schedule below but occasionally our breads come out of the oven early… and sometimes a few minutes late.
Whole Wheat Peasant Bread

- Blend of dark rye and white flour with a cracked rye soaker
- Naturally leavened

Sprouted Wheat
- Contains whole wheat flour with a sprouted wheat and bran soaker
- Mild sourdough flavor
- Naturally leavened
- Thick crust
Available Tuesday and Saturday at 1:30pm
Multigrain
- Contains mostly whole wheat with a small proportion of rye flour
- A slow baked multigrain mask is incorporated containing sesame seed, sunflower seed, oat flakes, flax seed, millet, barley flakes, and rye flakes
- Naturally leavened
- Thick crust
- Extremely moist crumb

Baguette
- White flour with a touch of whole wheat and rye
- Medium sour flavor
- Open honeycomb structured crumb
- Crisp thin crust

Country Loaf
- White sourdough with a small blend of wholewheat
- Sour flavor
- Crisp crust

Garlic Potato Loaf
- Mostly white flour with a blend of potato, garlic and a small amount of wholewheat soft with a medium crust
