Our pastries are made with the best ingredients available, organic whenever possible. Our pastry line is a mix of traditional french pastries and classic North American fare. Our viennoiserie, made from 100% butter and partially raised by the same levain used in our sourdough bread, range from the humble butter croissant to the ever-popular kouign-amann. The classics, such as our selection of muffins, scones, and quiches, are great breakfast or afternoon snack choices. We strive to create a balance between tradition and modern trends; we try to represent the culture from which these pastries come from, but also tailor it to suit the local tastes.

caramel layer and a gooey interior. Its layers are interspersed with Maldon sea salt.
